Pickup and camper rollover

At about 7:30 PM this evening there was a pickup and camper rollover North of Shelby near the Canadian border. All emergency crews responded including Toole County Search and Rescue who diverted traffic into Shelby. I-15 North was reopened at 9:30 PM at the wreck site and traffic at Shelby was still being diverted into Shelby. No injuries to persons have been reported.

* TIMING AND MAIN IMPACT: THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING. WINDS ARE THEN EXPECTED TO DECREASE TONIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING.
* WINDS: WEST WINDS 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 70 MPH ARE EXPECTED. STRONGER WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 80 10 100 MPH ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH FAVORED CANYONS AND MOUNTAIN PASSES ALONG THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN FRONT.
* OTHER IMPACTS: TRAVELERS WITH HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES OR TOWING TRAILERS SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION WHILE TRAVELING... ESPECIALLY OVER NORTH-SOUTH ORIENTED ROADWAYS SUCH AS U.S. HIGHWAY 89 AND INTERSTATE 15.
* LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE: FAIRFIELD...CHOTEAU...CONRAD... SHELBY...BROWNING...MARIAS PASS...CUT BANK...HAVRE...GREAT FALLS.

A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH OR GUSTS OF 58 MPH OR MORE CAN LEAD TO PROPERTY DAMAGE.
